3. Pricing & Fees

We may charge setup, subscription, or transaction fees. These will be clearly communicated during onboarding or renewal.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or any applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, government API issues, or loss of business due to external failures.

6. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of those changes.
