You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle.
In rare cases, such as platform failure or service unavailability, partial refunds may be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
